Applications are Necessary

We require participants to apply for our bootcamp to ensure that each person receives the right experience and outcomes. Applying isn’t just a formality—it’s how we carefully design each cohort and prepare each individual for success.

First, we assess where applicants are in their learning or career journey to help determine whether our bootcamp is the best next step. Sometimes, diving straight into an intensive program isn’t the right move—and we want to guide people wisely.

Second, we use the application process to ensure participants are technically prepared. This includes confirming access to the right tools, platforms, and resources so that when the bootcamp begins, everyone is ready to hit the ground running.

Last but not least, we curate our cohorts to balance skill levels, perspectives, and goals. A well-mixed group leads to better collaboration, peer learning, and stronger outcomes for everyone involved.
