BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA – ThinkData Solutions, Inc., an Alabama-based company and leading provider of customized solutions to data-related challenges and creator of data learning paths, announces the completion of its inaugural cohort of the Data Analyst Apprenticeship Cohort.
ThinkData is proud to celebrate the graduation of its inaugural cohort of data analyst apprentices, in partnership with Robins & Morton, Prosper, and Navigate Affordable Housing Partners. All apprentices in this cohort have met the requirements established by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship for the data analyst role.
Participants have also achieved the CompTIA Data+ certification, the only vendor-neutral and tools-agnostic credential designed for professionals tasked with developing and promoting data decision-making. The CompTIA Data+ certification assesses core domains in data analytics that are seen in any role working with data. Employers of the apprentices gain talented workers who can analyze and report on complex datasets, adhere to oversight and data quality standards, and perform other work to transform business requirements that support data-informed decisions.
“We know the key to their growth is the ThinkData bootcamps and the way it is designed to engage the learner,” said ThinkData co-founder Robin E. Hunt. “After training thousands of people just in the last couple of years, we know that learning is an experience, and layers of learning can last throughout their careers.”
ThinkData is working with employers who are leading the charge to change the skills of their organizations at every level. Expanding the use of registered apprenticeships and promoting all forms of work-based learning for high-quality career training will enable workers and employers to prosper in pursuing continued economic growth in the state of Alabama.
Meeting the standards for federal registration means that this program offers incentives to both employers and people to looking to pursue apprenticeship to further their career. ThinkData is excited to be a part of that mission by providing learning
opportunities and paths in the field of data analysis.
Think Data Solutions remains committed to expanding opportunities in data analytics and is preparing for the next cohort.
