Position and Patience
Position and Patience
Entrepreneurs love to read/talk about Henry Ford. His first invented car was the 1896 Quadricycle and his defining public moment was when the Model T was introduced on October 1, 1908, which is 12 years later. This was after several business ventures (and not so successful ones). The people around him were men like Thomas Edison (give me a break, I can’t even process it). No matter what was happening he found himself constantly positioning himself in situations where eventually he would succeed and innovating the workplace for the common good of the workers and the people they served.
