We measure the effectiveness of our program through daily monitoring of material usage, class attendance, and performance-based work. We conduct competency reviews and pre- and post-assessments to track progress, alongside one-on-one mentoring for personalized support. Our reporting includes both student-level and organization-level insights to ensure transparency and measure impact. 

This training initiative does not take the person out of their day-to-day job function. Our sessions are max 3 hours in length, and in our most intensive programs twice a week.  

Identifying the right people for the opportunity is important. They will immediately begin to apply what they are learning in class to their job every day. Having the theory, the skills training, and the immediate application of the skills to their actual day job – makes a difference in the understanding of these skills and competencies. This practical application allows them to deepen their skills and discover other skills that can leverage. They will most certainly be more productive, more confident, and your reporting will become more accurate and faster.

As an Alabama based company, you may be eligible for funding for training through the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). If you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran in Alabama, you are eligible for WIOA funding as well as additional VA stipends and benefits. If you are accepted into our Apprenticeship program, this is a requirement to be completed by all applicants.   

This is an official Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program and a structured learning and development opportunity. Apprentices will participate in on-the-job training, related technical instruction, and career development workshops to develop professional and durable skills. Upon completion, apprentices receive a nationally-recognized credential, CompTIA Data+ and certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Apprentice Training

All apprenticeships include training. A vast majority will train in a bootcamp, with a year-long, 40-hour-per-week apprenticeship. You learn practical and useable data skills that can be applied every day as you prepare for CompTIA Data+ certification. We pair our apprentices with sponsors who need the skills and competencies that they have. ThinkDataSol, the learner, and the sponsor company collaborate to create a sustainable apprenticeship model for data professionals at your organization. All our apprentices gain certification in CompTIA Data+ and national recognition.
