As an Alabama based company, you may be eligible for funding for training through the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). If you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran in Alabama, you are eligible for WIOA funding as well as additional VA stipends and benefits. If you are accepted into our Apprenticeship program, this is a requirement to be completed by all applicants.
This is an official Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program and a structured learning and development opportunity. Apprentices will participate in on-the-job training, related technical instruction, and career development workshops to develop professional and durable skills. Upon completion, apprentices receive a nationally-recognized credential, CompTIA Data+ and certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Bootcamps
All apprenticeships include training. A vast majority will train in a bootcamp, with a year-long, 40-hour-per-week apprenticeship. You learn practical and useable data skills that can be applied every day as you prepare for CompTIA Data+ certification. Our mission is to help people be data-ready and certified.

How does apprenticeship work?
We pair our apprentices with sponsors who need the skills and competencies that they have. ThinkDataSol, the learner, and the sponsor company collaborate to create a sustainable apprenticeship model for data professionals at your organization. All our apprentices gain certification in CompTIA Data+ and national recognition.
