Participants in our apprenticeship may be current employees looking to enhance their skills or individuals aspiring to start a career in data. This initiative helps organizations build a proficient team in data handling while providing apprentices with practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the field.

Apprentices acquire essential data concepts directly applicable to their roles and benefit from mentoring by ThinkData professionals and other experts in the field, all while developing their professional abilities on the job. 

As an Alabama based company, you may be eligible for funding for training through the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). If you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran in Alabama, you are eligible for WIOA funding as well as additional VA stipends and benefits. If you are accepted into our Apprenticeship program, this is a requirement to be completed by all applicants.   

This is an official Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program and a structured learning and development opportunity. Apprentices will participate in on-the-job training, related technical instruction, and career development workshops to develop professional and durable skills. Upon completion, apprentices receive a nationally-recognized credential, CompTIA Data+ and certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
